1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bat393 platform, available at bat393.org, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, promotions, and support channels. By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all users of bat393, including registered members, visitors browsing the platform without an account, and any individual interacting with bat393 services in any capacity. bat393 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

No individual under the age of 21 is permitted to register, deposit, play, or withdraw on bat393 under any circumstances.

Additionally, to be eligible to use bat393, you must:

bat393 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a valid CNIC or passport — at any time and to suspend an account pending the receipt and review of such documents. Failure to provide satisfactory identity documentation within the period specified by bat393 may result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one bat393 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same payment method, same IP address, or any combination — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

When registering your bat393 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name (as it appears on your CNIC or passport), a valid email address, your date of birth, and a secure password of your own choosing. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any of it changes.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bat393 username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. bat393 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to protect your login details.
• Suspicious Activity: If you suspect that your bat393 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately. bat393 will investigate all reports of unauthorised access and take appropriate action to secure the affected account.
• Account Accuracy: bat393 reserves the right to void any bets placed on an account where the registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading. Winnings generated on accounts with false registration details may be forfeited.
• Two-Factor Authentication: bat393 offers SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. While optional, enabling 2FA is strongly recommended to protect your PKR balance and account history.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on bat393 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits are credited to your bat393 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. bat393 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT cryptocurrency.

• Deposit Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day to reflect in your bat393 account balance.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to accounts that have completed full KYC verification. Attempts to withdraw on unverified accounts will be queued until verification is complete. bat393 will not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts — withdrawals must be returned to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one to two business days. USDT withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain confirmation times.
• Withdrawal Fees: bat393 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond bat393's control.
• Anti-Money Laundering: bat393 applies strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. bat393 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers its AML thresholds. All suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable regulations.
• No Third-Party Deposits: Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned to the originating account.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bat393 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time the offer is made. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of any bonus before accepting it.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times — clearly stated in the promotion details — before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn as real PKR. Wagering requirements vary by promotion type. bat393 does not apply undisclosed wagering conditions after a bonus has been accepted.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each bet placed. Live dealer table games and sports bets may contribute at a different rate. The eligible games and contribution rates are specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, counted from the date the bonus is credited to your account. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain after the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated clearly in each promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: bat393 accounts may hold only one active bonus at a time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Bonus Abuse: bat393 actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance betting patterns to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses and bonus-derived winnings voided.
• bat393 Rights: bat393 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and in progress at the time of the change will continue under the original stated terms.

6. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on bat393 — including slots, live dealer tables, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, and instant games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game outcomes are not influenced by bat393 in any way and are determined solely by the certified RNG and the specific rules of each game.

• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or game error, bat393 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers placed during that round to the relevant players' accounts. bat393 will not be held liable for any winnings claimed to have been generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning session.
• Game Rules: Specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a real PKR bet. Ignorance of game rules is not grounds for a dispute.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is considered placed and confirmed when the platform displays a confirmation message or bet receipt. bat393 will not accept disputes based on the player's assertion that a bet was placed differently from what the system record shows.
• RTP Transparency: bat393 publishes the Return to Player (RTP) percentage for all games in its library. RTP figures represent long-run theoretical returns across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any outcome in an individual session.

7. Sports Betting Rules

bat393's sports betting section covers cricket (including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and ICC tournaments), UFC, football, tennis, and other international sports. All sports bets are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed on the platform.

• Bet Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body — PCB for PSL and Pakistan cricket, ICC for international cricket, and the respective governing body for other sports. bat393 will settle bets using the official result, not live broadcast commentary or unofficial sources.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets placed on bat393 are subject to slight delays due to data feed processing. bat393 reserves the right to void any in-play bet that was placed after the event or market outcome was effectively determined, even if the platform's odds were momentarily available during that window.
• Abandoned or Postponed Events: If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum qualifying duration is met (as specified per sport), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. PSL matches abandoned due to rain or other causes follow ICC Duckworth-Lewis rules where applicable for settlement purposes.
• Obvious Pricing Errors: If bat393 publishes odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error or data feed failure, bat393 reserves the right to void any bets placed on those erroneous odds. bat393 will notify affected players and return their stakes promptly.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-event and accumulator payout limits apply. These limits are displayed in the sports betting section and vary by sport and market type. Bets that would result in a payout above the maximum limit will be settled at the maximum payout amount.

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

bat393 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of winnings, and permanent ban from bat393:

• Opening more than one bat393 account, whether under your own name or a third party's name.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with bat393 games or sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly poker or live table games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through a known exploit will be forfeited and the account suspended.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bat393's odds across multiple platforms simultaneously.
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other technologies to misrepresent your geographical location for the purpose of circumventing access restrictions.
• Attempting to launder money or use bat393 for any other illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during KYC verification or in any communication with bat393 support.

9. Responsible Gaming

bat393 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is intended to be an entertaining activity, not a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. bat393 provides the following tools to help players maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps directly from your account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately. Reductions are applied instantly; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on bat393 — including but not limited to the bat393 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of bat393 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any bat393 content without express prior written authorisation.

Third-party game content provided by bat393's game suppliers remains the intellectual property of those suppliers. bat393 is licensed to display and operate these games on the platform. Any unauthorised reproduction of third-party game content is a violation of both these Terms and the intellectual property rights of the relevant suppliers.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat393's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the amount of your net deposits to bat393 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• bat393 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• bat393 is not liable for any losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled platform downtime, technical maintenance, or network interruptions beyond bat393's reasonable control.
• bat393 is not responsible for any loss resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including loss of account access due to forgotten passwords or loss of winnings due to bonus misuse.
• bat393 is not responsible for any tax obligations that arise as a result of your winnings. It is your sole responsibility to determine and comply with any tax reporting and payment obligations applicable in your jurisdiction.

13. Account Termination

You may close your bat393 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

bat393 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bat393 reasonably determines that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false identity information, are found to be under 21 years of age, or if bat393 is required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, bat393 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, bat393 may forfeit the remaining balance as compensation for losses caused by the prohibited activity.

14. Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your bat393 experience — including game outcomes, withdrawal processing, bonus settlements, or account decisions — bat393 asks that you follow the process below:
